Yes! We understand that transportation needs change, especially when you're planning a large event. We allow cancellations and changes of Charter routes until 7 days before a route's departure time.
If you are the event creator, simply open the Skedaddle website or app, click on "My Routes" and select “cancel route”.
To make changes to your Charter trip itinerary or other details, email us at email@example.com. A member of our support team will respond to your request as soon as possible.
